Founded by Dana Kern, a retired ladder truck captain and paramedic with 26 years of fire service experience, Firehouse Coffee carries the same values that guided his career: dedication to family, community, and doing the job right. Since 2005, Dana and his wife Karen have brought 100% specialty roasted organic coffees throughout the Southwest, built on a commitment to organic producers and to making a real difference for the planet and the farmers behind every cup.

Every coffee is a hand-picked specialty selection, chosen to highlight the unique qualities of its origin. Staying true to its roots, Firehouse roasts in small batches on traditional drum roasters. Believing coffee is as much an art as a science, the roastmaster cups and analyzes every batch to bring out the full character of each origin’s delicate notes and aromas.
