The Barley Hound

Skyler Reeves opened the Barley Hound in May of 2015. With a large dog-friendly patio, welcoming casual atmosphere, and outstanding food and drinks it has quickly become one of Prescott’s favorite restaurants. Barley Hound aims to be at the forefront of the culinary experience while maintaining a welcoming and casual small town vibe.

The menu is designed to please adventurous eaters, while also featuring some delicious familiar items. A house ground chuck cheeseburger with fries is just as at home on our menu as our oxtail stew or scotch egg. The menu changes seasonally due to our heavy reliance on local produce. The beverage program takes its lead from the dinner menu and focuses on local and fresh ingredients. We offer eight Arizona craft beers on draft, a small and eclectic wine list, and an extensive spirits list.

Great care is taken in forming our craft cocktail menu, which features fresh, innovative cocktails, as well as classic cocktails made with house squeezed juices.
